With decades of experience in hospitality management, Elliot launched his own venture in 2011, creating the "Be Nice" brand—a culture rooted in serving great food with exceptional service and hospitality. The group includes popular spots like Coconuts, G&B Oyster Bar, Foxy Brown, Top Hat Deli, and Lunchroom.
